Meet the Founder
Charlotte Marian Pearson
Founder of The MosaiQs. Consultant. Public speaker. Advocate. Model. Mother.
Built on lived experience. Backed by strategy. Powered by purpose.
Hi, I’m Charlotte, and I built The MosaiQs to do what most inclusion work doesn’t. Cut through the noise, name what’s really going on, and actually shift the system.
This work comes from lived experience and long hours.
I’m a neurodivergent woman of colour. A chronically ill parent carer. A strategist with over 15 years in education, mental health, creative campaigns, community organising, and navigating services most people only encounter in crisis. I don’t separate my story from my strategy. I use both.
When you’ve sat through tribunal hearings, policy briefings, brand meetings and benefits appeals, sometimes all in the same week, you learn fast how broken the setup is. You also learn how to speak everyone's language and make it count.
What I actually do
I work across sectors, because people live across sectors.
My consultancy brings lived insight and sharp strategy together to support:
Brands and organisations trying to move beyond performative inclusion
Parent carers and individuals navigating complex systems
Campaigns, panels, and policies that centre real-world voices
Ethical visibility and brand storytelling through SHARDS
Peer-led resources and community tools via FRAGMENTS
You might’ve seen me in a Vogue campaign, walking runway in Paris, on stage at Cannes Lions, or supporting a family through a messy EHCP review.
You might’ve heard about me winning court battles against my local authority.
Same energy either way.
Strategic. Honest. Human.
My approach
I keep it real. I keep it clear. I keep it built to last.
Whether I’m leading a team through a brand audit or supporting someone with a DWP appeal, I bring logic, care, and practical solutions that don’t talk down or gloss over.
I’m not here for “awareness”. I’m here to make things better.
Structurally. Socially. Systemically.
Why it matters
Because the system wasn’t just broken. It was designed to be this way.
I’m not interested in patch jobs. I’m here to redesign it with the people who’ve been excluded from the start. And I’m not waiting to be asked nicely.
If you’re here for something that looks good on paper, there are other consultants.
If you’re here to actually do the work, we’ll get on just fine. Great, in fact.
You bring the willingness, I’ll bring the strategy.
